Soheil’s Confidentiality Promise
By booking a session or buying any package from me, you are automatically covered by this promise. You don’t need to sign anything.
1. My promise to you
Anything you share with me stays private — your business, finances, income, family, plans, ideas, customers and documents. I won’t share it, post it, or use it for anything except helping you.
2. No names, ever
I will never mention you, your business or your story in my videos, social media, podcast, or to other clients — unless you give me written permission first.
3. Your files
Documents and data you send me are used only for our work. When we finish, I’ll delete or return them if you ask.
4. The only exceptions
I would only share information if the law requires it (for example a court order), or if someone’s safety is at serious risk. Even then, I’ll tell you first wherever the law allows.
5. How long it lasts
This promise lasts for 2 years after our work together ends.
This promise follows the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
